The Farmhouse Inn
Rates are $485/night (weekends) $465/night (weekdays) for the entire house, which includes a short orientation tour and a farm snack basket.
Weekly rates are $2500. There is also a $200 cleaning fee for each stay, regardless of length.
Rates do not include Vermont’s 9% Rooms and Meals tax which will be applied.
Holidays weeks/weekends and Norwich Graduation have a 3 night minimum.
Barn
Guesthouse
Rates are $300/ night, which includes a short orientation to our farm and a starter basket for breakfast and snacks. The regular daily rate is for up to five people, $25/night per additional person.
Your rental of the Barn Guesthouse includes a full kitchen and large common space on the main floor with the guest bedroom upstairs. You have exclusive use of the entire barn guestspace.
Rates do not include Vermont’s 9% Rooms and Meals tax which will be applied.
