It is feeling like mid-winter, but rather the holiday season is upon us! Despite the weather, our team has some lovely fresh salad greens, cooking greens and spinach to go along with our pasture-raised meats, and organically managed root veggies! And eggs are back in plentiful supply, thanks to our friends at The Farm at Woods Hill. They have an overabundance, share similar practices to us, including feeding organic grain and are sharing with us. This week at our Farmstand you can find:
