At the Farmstand: Jan 17-23
Hope you are finding time and joy in winter cooking and eating! To help with that we just pulled out some summer goodness that we blanched and froze for these long winter days/nights.The farm team here took advantage of each moment of sun the weather gods gave us this week to get some fresh greens too! So stock up on frozen veggies, fresh greens, stored treats, eggs and meats to enjoy in the upcoming snow storm and cold temps! And yes, despite these cold temps the hens are back to laying well!
